Pricing FAQ
Are there usage limits?
Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance for grilling sessions and spec generation — comfortably above what most ICs use in a month. There are no per-run charges and nothing to meter yourself; you just work.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
New agent runs pause until your monthly cycle resets — no surprise charges, no overage billing. You can still read and edit existing specs, and the ZeNorm skill keeps working against any specs your agent has already cached.
How is billing handled?
Through Stripe Checkout, hosted by Stripe. We don't store card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable tax, which is shown at checkout.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
Cancel anytime from your account settings via the Stripe Billing Portal. You keep paid access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then move to the free tier. Payments are non-refundable — see the Refunds policy for details.
Can I switch between Individual and Team?
Yes. Individual covers personal workspaces. Once you create or join an organization with shared specs, talk to us about Team pricing.
Will pricing change over time?
If plans change, we'll announce a transition window with plenty of notice. Existing users will keep their workspace intact — no data loss, no forced migration.
