Privacy
What zenorm.com collects, why, who receives it, and how to change your mind. The ZeNorm app itself runs on your machine and sends nothing here.
Who we are
ZeNorm runs zenorm.com and is responsible for the data described here. Contact us at hello@zenorm.com.
Analytics cookies
Only if you accept them, two analytics tools record how the site is used: the pages viewed, what's clicked and its text, how long visits last, the site you came from, your browser and device, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, how fast the page loads, and errors and messages from the page's code. PostHog also records your visit as a replay of how you moved through the page; what you type into form fields is hidden from it.

We rely on your consent. If you decline, or never answer, neither tool loads. To change your answer, use the Cookies link at the bottom of any page; withdrawing deletes their cookies from your browser. We ask again after six months. PostHog and Google keep the data for the retention period set in our accounts with them.
Pro early access
If you request early access we keep your email address, when you signed up and which form you used, and use them only to tell you when ZeNorm Pro is ready to try. We rely on your consent, given by signing up. We keep your address until you ask us to remove it, and never sell or share it. It's stored on Fly.io's servers in the US, with backups in a private Tigris storage bucket. To be removed, email hello@zenorm.com.
Running the site
To keep the site working and secure, which is our legitimate interest, the server records each request (the page, the response and how long it took) and any errors, and sends them to PostHog. These records don't include your IP address or email. To limit repeated signups, the server holds the IP address of anyone who submits the early access form in memory, never on disk, and forgets it within 20 minutes. Our host, Fly.io, handles your connection and so sees your IP address.
In your browser
Your colour scheme and your cookie answer are kept in your browser's local storage. Neither is sent to us.
Where data goes
PostHog, Google, Fly.io and Tigris process this data for us, in the United States, so your data may leave your country.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to get a copy of it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@zenorm.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
